Can I ask you a question?

These two are both two small stories and can easy be combine on the same page.

A few days later, after a busy day at work, I went to bed a bit earlier than normal, not that it would change the time of what happened, far from it.
Around 3:30 am I woke up with someone stood by my bedside, poking their finger in my shoulder as a tap, tap.

At this point not fully awake, I could see my girlfriend stood right next to me since I was sleeping on a loft, she was if I should explain it correctly, half through the actual physical floor.
Awaken enough to answer her, but close enough to go back to sleep again, I asked: “what do you want.?” Ohh my, she started chatting up a storm. when she was done, tell her story, she asked me her question, and I asked: was that what you wanted to tell me the other day?”

She continued: “yes and kept talking.” Eventual she stopped and said: “So, what do you think? What should I do?” I gave her an answer. She thanked me and disappeared, and I went back to sleep.
I waited a few days before calling her. One day on my way home, I called her and asked her if she had found the answer she was looking for? She burst out in joy: Yes, I actually dreamed about it the other day, and when I woke up, I knew the answer. “

I asked her if she remembered more about her dream? She said: “I am not sure, but I fell someone was there helping me.”
I answered her: “I am glad you found the answer.” She paused and asked: “by the way, how did you know…” I laughed lightly, and said: I could still feel her finger poking my shoulder from the other night…” and she laughed and said OMG, so I did share my story with you.

2nd story:
A few months later, my other girlfriend was in the middle of her divorce and had some personal stress, changing jobs, not sure if she should move or stay in her house.
I told her the same thing when I moved in for a short while to help her with her bill, that if she needed to talk, she was always welcome.
Of cause, she said the same thing, that only she could solve the problem and no one else, but if she needed it, she would let me know.

A few days later, about the same time, 3:30 am I woke up with someone pulling my finger, (don’t ask me why she didn’t even know it). It was as if someone had a hold on my long finger just above the center joint and kept pulling until I work up. I saw my friend sitting on the floor right next to me, and I said hi:” what are you doing up so late. “

She told me about her problem, and I answered her, and our conversation continued for a while. Eventual she was out of questions, thanked me and went away. It was first then, I actual realize she was still in her own bed sleeping, dreaming, and not physical sitting right next to me. I sat up, looked around, went to the bathroom and then back to bed.
The day after, when we both got home, I teased her and said: “you do know, you can always come and talk while we both are awake?” She looked very puzzled and said: ehh what?”

I replied: “I don’t mind you coming in the middle of the night waking me up, but you do know we both have to get up in the morning… I smiled and continued: “You were dreaming about…” and I mention the problem there had been bothering her for a while.
She answered: “How do you know, I never told you what it was?” I said: “yes you did, last night when you came up to me in the middle of the night and pulled my finger until I woke up.”
I paused to see if she wanted to say something before I continued: “Did you get the answer?” Her face lit up, and she smiled, actual I did, funny enough I woke up this morning, and I knew the answer to my problem. “

I replied with a smile: “Your welcome, but next time, 3:30 am?” She did wake me up two more times before it stopped, but that is another story another time.
